Collection is of course FREE and can always be done during our opening hours:

TUESDAY: 1:30pm - 5:00pm

WEDNESDAY: 9:30am - 12:00pm & 1:30pm - 5:00pm

THURSDAY: 1:30pm - 5:00pm

FRIDAY: 9:30am - 12:00pm & 1:30pm - 5:00pm

SATURDAY: 9:30am - 5:00pm continuously

If the above hours do not suit you, please contact us to arrange something. You can do this by phone at 09 398 88 88, via our contact form on the website, or in response to the confirmation email of your order.

You will always receive an email when your package is ready for collection.

For people who have difficulty getting around or have no transport around our store, we offer FREE home delivery. This applies to the municipalities:

SHIPPING COSTS

Our shipping is done as standard via BPOST. Shipping is always free from a certain amount.

NOTICE:During the sales period (January & June), the amount for free shipping is higher.

NOTICE: During the holiday season, Bpost standardly increases their shipping rates. This cost is determined by Bpost itself and automatically passed on. During this period, we will add an extra table below with the temporarily increased rates.
